Ingredients
- Mixed Vegetables(boiled and mashed)(potato,carrot,beans,cilantro,cauliflower etc)
- Bread
- Bread crumbs
- Corn Flour
- Ginger and chilly paste
- Turmeric powder
- Lime juice
- Salt
- Oil
- Besan
To the mashed vegetables add the ginger,chilly paste,garam masala,salt,turmeric powder,lime juice and mix well.Make them into small balls.Mix the cornflour with water.Cut the corners of the bread dip it in the cornflour,keep the vegetables balls inside roll it and again dip in the cornflour and coat it with bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.Can be served with sauces on a tooth pick garnished with tomatoes etc.
