Stuffed Chappathi

Ingredients

  • potato boiled and mashed
  • cilantro
  • all purpose flour
  • wheat grain flour
  • oil
  • milk 
  • butter
  • green chillies

Add a little oil and little milk to the all purpose flour and mix equal quantites of the flour.Add little water and make the dough has in for rotis.Ghee can be added to make it soft.Finely chopped green chillies and cilantro is added to the mashed potatoes.Make small balls from the dough and stuff the potato balls in it.. Spread it like a roti and heat it in pan with butter.Touch up with Ghee to taste better.Can be served with any gravy.
