Samosa







Ingredients

  • All purpose flour
  • Boiled potaoes
  • Green Chillies
  • Green peas boiled
  • Onion
  • Garam masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Chat masal
  • Oregano seasoning(optional)
For the filling:
Mash the potatoes and green peas together.Add butter and oil to a heating pan,add onions,green chillies,the maslalas and spices.Salt to taste.Fry till golden brown.Sprinkle water and add the potatoes & peas and cook for few minutes.

Mix the all purpose flour,oil,salt and kneed into a proportionate dough mix.take small portions and spread into a roti shape. Make a cone out of it and and keep the filling inside and seal it with water

Fry in oil till golden brown.Serve with sauce and samosas are ready Hot from the pot!!
