Ingredients
- Mint leaves
- Spices
- Coriander
- Sliced onions
- Ginger garlic paste
- Green Chilli paste
- Cocunut milk
- Cocunut paste
- Basmati Rice
- Ghee/Butter/oil
- Fried nuts
- Salt
- Tomatoes(optional)
Heat a table spoon of butter and oil.Add the spices and onions.Add ginger garlic paste,green chillie paste and cocunut paste.Add about two table spoons of cocunut milk and let it to boil.Add the coriander.Wash and soak the basmati rice for few minutes in water.Salt to taste.Add full mint leaves.Add water according to the quantity of rice.After few minutes add the soaked rice and left undisturbed for few minutes. Tomatoes can be added.Garnish it with coriander,mint leaves and fried nuts.Serve hot form the pot!!!
