Ingredients:
- Red chillies
- Groundnuts
- Fried Cashew
- Oil
- Channa dhal
- Fenugreek Seeds
- Urad dhal
- Curry leaves
- Tamarind juice
- Cumin Powder
- Hing
- Salt
- Boiled rice
Fry the red chillies,nuts,the dhals and a pinch of hing along with fenu greek seeds,curry leaves.Add the tamarind juice with little water and allow to boil until thick.Add cumin powder and some fenugreek seeds powder.salt to taste.Mix the paste with rice and garnish ith more nuts and curry leaves.
