Ingredients
- Boiled rice
- Cumin seeds
- Garam masala
- Shahi Jeera
- Capsicum
- Kasturi methi
- Roasted peanuts
- Butter
- Ajinomotto
- Red chilli
- Curry leaves
- Coriander seeds
- Blackgram
- Ghee
Boil the rice add some ghee to it.Slice the capsicum into thin slices.Dry roast all the ingredients and powder them.Add butter/ghee to the pan add cumin seeds,mustard & the capsicum slices.Add the boiled rice and the powdered spices.Add salt to taste and a pinch of ajinomotto.Serve with a spicy gravy.Its good to go Hot from the Pot!
